Qualified candidates will have strong technical skills and demonstrated experience in workforce development, including vocational training, employment generation, labor market assessment, and building public-private partnerships. Additionally, consultants will have in-depth knowledge of international donor agency regulations, at least 5 years prior international work experience, excellent English language skills and fluency in other languages.
