Seeking Chiefs of Party for anticipated USAID-funded projects in the Middle East region that have experience working with public private partnerships, alliance building, enterprise development or market linkages.

Qualifications:

• Advanced degree in business administration, economics, or relative field
• Minimum of 5 years experience managing projects for USAID or other donors
• Proven ability to establish networks and build alliances between private and public sectors and/or building market linkages between SMEs and buyers
• Previous experience working in the MENA region and in difficult work environments
• Fluent in English
