Borderless Bulletin: Progress in West African road transport

Borderless, the public-private initiative to make cargo transport faster and cheaper in West Africa, has people talking across the region--with several countries reporting reduced harassment of drivers. Borderless is keeping up the charge with regular reports on bribes and checkpoints in six countries, new Border Information Centers between Ghana and Togo, road shows to explain efforts, and truckers' guides on keeping paperwork in order and vehicles in shape.
