CARANA is returning to the Caribbean with the win of a three-year project to Promote, Renew, Invigorate, Develop, and Energize the Economic Environment of Jamaica—PRIDE for short. Activities will contribute to the creation of an enabling environment to reduce and eliminate bottlenecks to growth and competitiveness (including in export markets) and attract sustainable investment. All project components will work with Jamaica’s private sector to encourage them to advocate for policy reform. CARANA last worked in Jamaica under USAID's New Economy Project.
